Much more than just an agreement

When you place your order with Stag Exhibitions you will be doing much more than just entering into an agreement to have an exhibition stand designed & built.

Stage One: (Design / Visualisation)

A senior member of Stag Exhibitions staff will travel to your premises to take a brief and formulate a design concept; once we have listened to your needs a design brief will in turn be given to one of our exhibition stand designers. From this brief a 3D visual interpretation will be rendered, we will then arrange a convenient time to return to your premises and make a presentation of our proposal directly to you.

Stage Two (Finalizing Design Renders & Plan)

Following on from the initial presentation we will fine tune our plans and designs to ensure that we are providing an individually tailored solution to precisely meet your exhibiting requirements.

Stage Three (Construction & Timeline Structure)

A project manager is now assigned to your account; we will liaise with you at every opportunity and ensure that everything we can do to make your exhibiting experience less stressful is done; we encourage clients to visit our production facility and to meet the team who will be responsible for the production of their stand.

Detailed planning and proven project management techniques ensure that nothing is left to chance; it is attention to detail that will ensure a smooth running installation. We work with all official organizers and contractors to cut through the red tape and ensure all drawings, plans, forms & calculations are submitted on your behalf ahead of deadlines. We will set out a schedule that shows the progress of your stand construction along a timeline from commencement in the workshop to installation on site, and we welcome our clients to come along and view the progress of their project at any time.

Stage Four (Construction / Installation)

The same team of tradesmen that manufactured your stand in the workshop will now be assembling and installing it within the exhibition hall.

We always enter the halls at the earliest possible time as finishing a build to schedule is paramount! We will ensure that you have sufficient time to dress your stand / product and run through coming events with your staff. Each morning prior to the opening of a show a member of our staff will visit the stand to check for things such as blown bulbs etc. All of our tradesmen are highly skilled and we can say without doubt that we have one of the best production teams in the business.

If you signed a two or three year deal with us we will package and store your stand components in our warehouse ready for use at the next show.
